Cancellation policy

- up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40 % of the total package price

- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price

- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price

Deposit:

20 % of the total amount, due after booking. The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

 

In the event of cancellation, deposits already paid will be converted into a voucher which can be redeemed at any time.

In case of emergency, the amount will also be refunded after deduction of a handling fee of € 20.00.

​

 

I strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which can cover you in the event of a last-minute cancellation.

Per dog € 8,- extra per day excl. food and only by arrangement
